We are looking to rent 2 of the double rooms and the caravan.

Close to transport, schools, shops. 10mins walk to Lynn Mall shopping centre.

$220 for the large room with queen bed and double wardrope.

$210 for the room with king single bed and a single wardrope.

$180 for the caravan is suitable for 1 person and will need to use the facilities in the house.

Rent includes power, water, wifi. Also share the basics ie. toilet paper, cleaning stuff, dish washing liquids.

Flatmates do their own shopping. Bring own linen etc.

Prefer female flatmates professionals, students.

Must be tidy, honest, pay rent on time and help out with keeping the house clean.

Smoking outside. Not a party house!

About the existing flatmates..

We are older couple in our 60's and we travel to Rarotonga during the NZ winters. We love walking, gym training, attending church on Sundays and visiting families and friends.
