Current flatmates- female, teacher who likes movies, coffee, paddle boarding. If you like plants you will love this house!

In a safe location tucked away down a long drive in lovely Blockhouse bay, but still close enough to the CBD.

New Lynn mall, supermarkets, cafes, motorway and even a beach are all within a few minute's drive! Bus stops are just meters up the road!

The home is fully furnished, you'll just need the contents of your bedroom and your warm personality. Has all the mod cons, dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, dryer, nespresso machine, smart TV 55 inch, Netflix.

You do however have the option to buy the previous flamates double bed and desk if wanted (price to be discussed with him if your interested ). He is moving overseas so doesnt need them anymore.

Rent for large room is $310 per week (includes expenses) Rent for double room is $280 per week (includes expenses)

Move in costs:

$500 - BOND

plus 2 weeks rent in advance

Not a party flat/ no drugs/ no couples/ no pets sorry.

Expenses are included, this includes power, water, internet and some cleaning products. Expenses may be more if the power or water bill is excessive . If you work from home expenses will be a little more than advertised.

Large room - avaliable from 5th June - unfurnished room Large spacious room, with extra little room attatched (which you could use for storage or exercise or as a study etc). Has a large inbuilt wadrobe too.

Double room - avaliable from 13th June , has a wadrobe and gets the lovely morning sun.

Both rooms are unfurnished, but as mentioned you have the option to buy the previous flamates double bed and desk if needed :)

In there mid 20's -40's, working professional or student, friendly, kind, considerate, tidy flatmate who pays the rent on time. Preferably someone who doesnt work from home. Someone who likes to have a little chat in the evenings with the other flatmtates, but is also independent :)
