lovely big old villa in Berhampore , Wellington has a room available for a working quiet adult either gender.Its located close to the city and the coast and Newtown and Kilbernie are close by .The room is upstairs and has large windows so its a very sunny room.This is a very quiet house , everyone works and bills are divided at the end of the month .Everyone buys and coks their own food .Its a very organised , clean house and some people have been living here for over 7 years .This is definately not a party house .People work at different times so at all times really we want the the house to be a quiet zone so people can sleep if need be .The buses leave right outside the house/

the room has a queen bed , bedside cabinet , lamp and wardrobe space.Wooden floor with a rug .
