Hi , we are a couple and the owner of this property it’s a brand new townhouse , it’s located at Avondale , auckland their is Avondale Sunday market nearby , cafe restaurants and bus transport and train station We like to go out on our day off of, watch tv and play with our cat Avondale college is near by just 2 mins walk and 10 mins driving to New Lynn mall

The room has included a study table provided with bed , pillow and a wardrobe also just outside the room their is a sharing bathroom

We are looking for a flatmate that is independent and can do their own dishes and laundry and keeps room clean and tidy we prefer only girls students
