This is a comfortable, quiet and classic apartment in Auckland Central. As an ex-airbnb, it can come fully furnished or not, whichever you prefer. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for someone who loves to cook and entertain. Lift access to the floor makes it easy for a young family with a pram, or simply for furniture and bicycle access.

Central location right next to Victoria Street Carpark or Wilson Carpark on Durham St West, with a large (6-vehicle) loading zone in front of the building when necessary. Local pubs, eateries and public transport connections abound, helping to facilitate a connected lifestyle.

It looks over Queen Street and out to some interesting buildings, but has very little street noise (only really when someone has a loudspeaker playing). The bedrooms don't get street noise really at all. It's on the sixth floor with a hefty concrete external overhang below the window creating a ledge for pot plants and significantly reducing street noise.

Water usage is included, so electricity and internet are the only utility bills to be paid on top of rent. I currently maintain these for the apartment and can discuss transferring account across to new tenant if that's helpful.

This place is ideal for students, young professionals, or even young families (I know several other residents in the building with small children!).
