This is a somewhat small apartment next to Queen Street in good condition. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, however the room is only for yourself and I will only go in with permission (for example, for agreed upon inspections).

The $290 rent will be paid directly to me preferably by Saturday each week (this time is negotiable). Power and internet costs will be split 50/50 (roughly $140 - $180 per month). The water is already covered by the landlord. If preferred, I can cover the bills myself and change the rent to $340 per week to cover them so that your only property expense is rent.

Pets are not allowed since 2 cats already live in this apartment, any more animals would be too many. Guests are also welcome as long as they do not cause any problems.

It's a small and cosy room that comes with some small shelves, a decent wardrobe and some hooks on the wall of you'd like to hang anything. I can also provide a couch if you don't have a bed so that you don't have to choose between buying an expensive bed and sleeping on the floor. If you have a bed, that would be preferred since the couch can then be put in the lounge area making it more comfortable for guests.

I'm not too picky as long as we get along, expenses are covered and the apartment is kept reasonably clean. Noise also doesn't bother me as long as it doesn't bother the neighbors.
