We are looking for a new flatmate to join our four-bedroom house in the lovely Aro Valley 🌳VERY CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTER!
The rent is $253 per week with a bond of $1100. The flat is just a 10 minutes’ walk downtown to Cuba Street and there is a stop bus 2min away.📍 🚌
The house is new and very cozy! it has two bathrooms, a large living room and common area and a big balcony. It has a full laundry room and a large garage 🚘 It is free of humidity and has a heat pump! ☀️
The room is available from September 11 and has a large built-in wardrobe and includes the furniture if you want it!
We are a very friendly, easy going bunch in our mid-20s to early 30s. We are mostly working professionals who enjoy a good chat and games night from to time but also respect personal space 🙂
