I'm looking for a room to rent within 30 minutes’ drive of Morrinsville, as I’ll be working full-time as a Lab Supervisor in the area. I’m tidy, clean, and always pay rent on time. I’m respectful of shared spaces and like to keep things peaceful and well-organised.

I’m also studying part-time, currently doing an online MBA with online classes twice a week from 7–10pm. I usually attend these from my room, so I’ll be talking during those hours — just something to keep in mind in case you'd prefer no noise during those times. Because of this, having space for a desk in my room is essential or a space to study. I also have a large wardrobe, so some room for that would be ideal too!

I have early starts at work, don’t smoke of any kinds (but don't mind if you do), hardly drink, and mostly cook my own meals — so a nice kitchen is definitely a plus.
