i am looking for a room/ensuite/studio/unit, a safe place from a landlord who respects the tenants. I will pay rent on time, i can pay only a week rent as bond as i am in a jobseeker benefit thriving to find jobs, so i prefer an environment to set my career with stability and security,

I am 41 , single, Indian and a New Zealand Permanent Resident, i am not married and have no friends, a complete lonely person with respect for my solitude.

I don't smoke, i don't drink. I don't party. so i prefer a smoke free environment like no smoking, no vaping and a non alcoholic place. i prefer other tenants also with no smoking and no drinking habits. i also prefer a place with no religious dumping in to the minds, i respect others and also have my freedom of life to live in my own way,

I like doing yoga, learning philosophies, esoteric. , i like cooking everyday like indian food with spices to make non-vegetarian meals,i like cooking goat/lamb curry, ..., so you will be seeing me everyday in kitchen, If you are really good with my type and have a space for me where there is safety and freedom.
