Kia ora! I’m Leilani, a 2nd-year biology student at the University of Canterbury, and I’m on the hunt for a flat with great vibes and a friendly atmosphere. I’m all about funny chats and hangouts when there’s free time, but I also appreciate having some quiet moments to recharge. I’m looking for a tidy and well-cared-for flat, preferably within walking distance to UC. Ideally, it’s fully furnished, non-smoking, and includes utilities (power/wifi) in the weekly rent. My budget is $175 per week. While I’d love to join an all-girls flat, I’m flexible as long as it’s a positive and respectful environment.
