Putting the feelers out for a new place that's warm, safe, private, off street parking. I'm not too keen on a bond so please only message if you're not expecting a bond. Ideally furnished would be amazing. I'm single, no pets, currently on ACC. I've rented my own house for years now but times have changed & I'm unable to afford my own place at present. As a flatmate I'm respectful, pay rent on time, good sense of humor, don't mind hanging out or chilling on my own. I love all animals, I'd take good care of the place.
