Ideally, I’d love to live in neighborhoods like CBD, Parnell, Ponsonby, Takapuna, Devonport, Grey Lynn, Mission Bay, as they have good public transport, and are close to parks, beaches, and other amenities. I’m planning to stay for 6 months, with the possibility of extending my stay. My budget is up to 300 NZD per week, including bills. A bit about me: I’ve been living in my own flat in Lithuania, so I deeply value a clean, organized, and welcoming space.
