About the flat
Fenced in 3bedroom house with garage, and front and back lawns. You share a bathroom woth shower, bath and toilet woth 1 other flatmate. Located 10min walk from uni, 5 mins to shops, and 2min from bus stop. The house comes with plants and and my cat.
We are best friends and are into kpop and asian dramas. We are social and friends around, but dont mind if you are not social. I like to hike and play board games. And Marama likes to chill at home in her off time
About the room
Double room comes with single wardrobe, single bed (can get 2 singles to put together to make a queen, if you like, and a set of drawers
Rent does not include utilities or household costs such as toilet paper etc. But that cost will be supplied and divided amoungst the flatties.

Ideal flatmate is someone who is chill and social, and who we can get on with.
