Our house is in Wattle Downs, one of the nicest suburbs in Manukau (South Auckland) and we don't put silly restrictions on how often you can use the kitchen ;)

$260pw (expenses included) for 1 person

$320pw (expenses included) for a couple

There is an option for you to have your own bathroom for an extra $15pw if you want to.

Expenses include power, water, wireless internet and furniture for your bedroom. All bedrooms are fully furnished (double bed, desk, bedside table, wardrobe, and even duvet, linen, towels, heater, etc…are provided). $500 Bond, 3-month minimum stay

We are looking for "educated" flatmates who are working professionals in their mid 20-s / late 30's. It's a friendly and homey place. Within the last couple of years, we've welcomed people from all continents! We are more into sports and outdoor activities and always happy to share a glass of wine, a dinner or a bbq all together.
