The room available is large and well suited for a couple. It’s sunny and looks out to the front garden.

Rent is 350$for a couple and 250$ for a single person. Room is completely furnished with super king bed and all other bedroom furnitures. There is a built in wardrobe.

Rent includes Power and Wifi only. Food is NOT included.

We are close to Northlands mall, Bishopdale mall, airport.

We are close to the bus stop, parks and other local amenities.

We have a Persian cat, Louie who loves abit of attention now and again.

We are a bunch of friendly but respectful flatties. We respect others privacy. We enjoy eating out together sometimes to hang out together as a “ family”
