Hello All, I'm planning to move to Wellington on 7th May 2024 as I have got a job there. I'm a 33 years old finance professional, clean, tidy and would be staying in the room at least 8/10 months if I get it. I'm a friendly person, do not smoke, but I won't mind an evening yarn over a drink or two, always respect others space and peace as well. I love to watch movies, play games (Could be on PS or any board game), travel, take pictures and cook when I get a free time. I'm a Sri Lankan who moved to NZ very recently, my spouse is studying in UC hence I'm in Chch at the moment and only myself will be moving to Welly as I got a job offer there. I'm looking for a furnished room ( at least with a bed) immediately where I have access to public transport to go to Thorndon within 15-30 minutes or less. Prefer If I have parking though I do not have a vehicle right now, I'm planning to buy one.Preferred location
