We’re three housemates looking for one more person to join us. We’re a nice, friendly group who enjoy socialising and the occasional drink but we’re not a party house.

The house is a detached house, with three bedrooms and a sleep out (not for rent). Two of us (a couple) share a room and have our own en-suite, so the other bathroom would just be shared between two of you. The communal areas are furnished but you’d need to furnish your own room.

Would consider someone with a cat but not a dog and want a housemate who is employed - we’re working professionals.
