A bit about me: Continously on a journey of self discovery. I find clarity at the ocean and like to spend my free time near water. I like to eat healthy, but also love a glass of red wine every now and then. I try to tread lightly on this earth, living as sustainably as I can and am always looking for ways to improve. I try to implement movement into every day, be that walking in nature, weight training or yoga. I love deep conversation, honest & vulnerable - I'm here for it.
